未婚妻簽證來美，婚了。是不是要馬上提交I-130; I-485。I-485最晚可以在I-130提交多久後提交？謝謝！
-Do you means she entered US using K-1 visa? If so, she can directly file I-485 after getting married, not need to file I-130.
