what happened to DC office?

Hi friends,

I tried to make an appointment with INS DC office through Infopass system, always receive the following message:
"At this time, there are no information appointments available for the office in your area. Please try back again later"

Anyone has the same experience? what happened to the office? thank you very much for your help.
