-That means if your income such as salary, etc. does not meet 125% poverty line, then you may need property or bank deposit for part of the support. Then, this need to be 5 times of the amount you need. For example, you need $50,000 to meet 125% poverty line, but your salary income only has $45,000, so you still need $5,000. Thus, if you want to use your property or savings, you have to provide 5 X 5,000 = $25,000 from your bank deposit or property value to meet the requirement.
