如題。
父母是美國公民，成年子女是加拿大公民，請問：1，成年子女能否在美國直接申請移民美國？
-Need to take about 10 years if they got married.  If unmarried, take about 7 years. Canadian citizenship won't be helpful.

2，申請期間能不能合法呆在美國？
-Need to have a legal status like other people do such as F-1, H-1, etc. during the 10 year waiting if they want to be in US before getting green card
