回複：請教老師：I-824 的問題

我和我老公都收到綠卡了，女兒的I-824 Approval Letter也收到了，批準通知日期是1/8/2014。由於2月初搬家，我們的AR-11已寄給移民局，請教：
1）我是否還要為女兒的 I-824 Pending Case Update Address？
-Yes. Do it as soon as possible.

能直接在Online Change Address更該嗎？
-Yes. But also call USCIS to update it.

2）原先在I-824表裏填寫的境外電話，現我女兒已停用，是否要更改？
-Yes. After NVC contact you, then contact NVC to update there or contact the US Consulate in Guangzhou after the Consulate contact your child.

如何更改？是跟廣州領事館聯係還是跟National Benefits Center聯係？聽說國內的郵局是通過電話聯係收件人，沒有的電話，咋辦？

3）在收到Approval Letter後，後續的手續還有哪些？
-USCIS will forward the approved I-824 to National Visa Center (NVC), then NVC will send you instructions and you just follow the instructions to do what they ask. After NVC finishes the process, they will send the case to the US Consulate. Then, the Consulate will contact your child for interview including what documents she needs to provide.


是移民局會直接寄郵包給我女兒，還是我也會收到一份通知？
4）3個月後，若一直沒有任何消息，我要如何處理？
