我２００９年從從芝加哥入境，保留有ｉ－９４．
 

我2011年短期去過加拿大，然後回來，用的是Ｈ－１Ｂ的i-94．這樣的話，哪一次算是
 

the last entry? 從加拿大回來不需要簽證，海關也沒有在h-1b的ｉ－９４上蓋章。
-Because your entry from Canada had no I-94 (no actual visa needed), you had better use the entry from Chicago as the last entry to match your I-94 issued date. It is also OK to use the entry from Canada as the last entry, but if so, you had better go to the local CBP Deferred Inspection office to update your I-94 issued date, otherwise USCIS will send you RFE and then, you need to explain in the response about your entry from Canada using automatic visa revalidation rule (without new visa and no new I-94 issued).
