各位前輩：最近家裏有急事要回國一趟，想5月份到上海簽證，我身份複雜J2-H1-F1-
OPT，而且9年間從未回國過，請問會被據嗎？多謝！
-If your OPT still have a longer time to finish (e.g. 4 months or more), it should not need to worry about it. Talk to your employer to issue you the employment verification letter and also talk to your school to help you prepare the paperwork for the visa application.
