回複：485審批過程中，還會查看以前140的信息嗎？

因為換工作，先後共有兩個140，兩份早都批準。 485幾個月前單獨遞交的。但是今天收到一封關於第一份140申請的郵件，號稱是Post Dicision Activity： On February 11, 2014, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you.
給USCIS打了電話，告訴我沒辦法查140的Case， 485的狀態也沒法查，雖然明明過了4個月的處理時間。而且告訴我這個140的Review平均要花4個月。
-If necessary, USCIS will check the I-140 again and again during the I-485 pending. For example, for a PETM based I-140, USCIS will ask the employer to prove the ability to pay any time from the date of PERM filing to the date of I-485 approval, if the employer has not ability to pay during any time during this period, your I-485 will not be approved.

So, it is common in your case. Just be patient.

 大家在等485過程中，都會遇到已批的140被繼續調出來的情況嗎？希望是在處理我的485申請，否則光140還要等3個月，想想就頭大
