現有一小公司（僅二人）願為我申請ＰＥＲＭ。按著移民律師的說法，此公司的收入不滿足DOL的要求。但在四月份，此公司會有大幅度的收入增加。請問是否可以現在用Part Time 的工資申請ＰＥＲＭ。
