1。如果petitioner不工作，用配偶qualify household income，petitioner仍然是sponsor要填I-864並提供聯邦稅表?
-Yes.

2.   配偶填寫I-864A表，其實和petitioner的聯邦稅表是一樣的，需要把同樣的聯邦稅表再提供一遍？
-Just file II-864A. One copy of the joint-tax return is enough.

3。稅表是用2012年度的還是2013年度的（2013年的還沒開始報）？
-The tax return of 2013 is required. File it now.

3。現在是否I-864和I-864A需要公證嗎？
-No.
