各位老師好，
LZ以前有過H1，去年年末轉成了F2
現在準備讀書，請問可以直接去加拿大簽F1嗎?因為以前有過H1，聽說這樣風險會很大
-Yes. It is irrelevant to previous H-1. The H-1 does not affect F-1 application in Canada. But if it is denied, you can not return to US and have to go to China directly from Canada and apply for the F-1 again in China.

如果在美國國內轉聽說要三個月，春季開學可能來不及，隻能DFER了...求各位建議！！謝謝！
