問題2，是不是在5月底我就可以要求B學校幫我轉H1B，然後我告知A學校我要離職，即使此時A學校終止合同，停發工資，我依然可以在美國境內直到八月份到B學校工作。因為在A學校和大家相處得也很融洽，不想拖到最後，讓係裏猝手不及。
-Correct. Your H-1 status will be valid even if you quit the old job during the H-1 transfer is pending.
 

另外，如果我從A學校離職了，我的485還有效嗎？
-Yes as long as your I-485 pending is > 180 days when you quit your old job and the new job is in the same/similar field.
