請教8老師-I485

請問八老師給父母申請綠卡：

請問如何填 I-485 Part2. Application Type

我是不是應該填 A： An Immigration Petition Giving me An immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved.

其它選項看起來更不對呀

再就是關於filing fee: 是不是

I-485 : $1070  (父母小於79歲）
I-130:  $420
I-131: $360

那支票是寫三張， 還是一張？ 我的申請被退回， rejection notice 上提到：

the check amount is incorrect, or has not bee provided (我覺得申請費是對, 但不知為何說check amount is incorrect.) 

the application/petition has not been fully completed
 - application type。  （我之前沒有給任何選項打勾）。
