回複：Part time position 是否可以申請PERM?

尊敬的８老師，ＰＪ老師，及移前輩們，

現有一小公司原為我申請PERM, 但它現在無能力付給我全時間的工資。　請問是否現在可以遞交ETA-9089 表？是否可以efile? 多謝！

-No unless the employer will offer you a full-time permanent position after you get the green card. Also, the company needs to prove he has the ability to pay from the date the PERM application is filed to the date I-485 is approved. So, it seems this small company can not sponsor you green card at present.
