回複：如經常被公司外派到其他國家工作，用H1B 簽證，還是綠卡批準後的工卡（假如有的話）進出美國更方便?

再請教8老師，如雇員不需要H1B 簽證在境外工作，隻不過在國外工作結束後用 H-1 quote 得到H1B 簽證的話，那麽我外甥是否畢業後就可以去中國工作，然後工作結束後再以H1B 簽證回美國？
-Yes,, but his employer needs to file an H-1 petition on April 1 or later for him (the sooner the better chance to get the H-1 quote). After the H-1 is approved, he can return to US within 3 years to work as H-1 holder. He of course can extend his H-1 up to 6 years. The time he work outside US does not count to this 6-year H-1.

還是在去中國前先辦好OPT，那麽他可以隨時以F1簽證回美國？
-OPT only lasts one year after it is approved no matter whether he works in US or not. So, it is not helpful to get the OPT in his case. 

不知H1B 簽證有否入境時間限製？另外一般目前雇主提交Perm / I-140後，大約要等多久才能得到批複？萬分感激你多次幫助指教，解決了我以往很多問題。
