一、請問孩子二十一歲的限製是遞485時不滿二十一歲還是批下來時不滿二十一歲？還有幾個月兒子就滿二十一歲了，怕遞了485如果超過年齡會影響他換成F身份。
-The date your PD becomes current is the frozen date of your child CSPA age (your child is qualified for I-485 filing based on your I-485 on this date and you child must file I-485 within one year from this date). CSPA age = your child age when your PD is current - your I-140 pending dates. If CSPA < 21, your child is OK to file I-485.

二、如果485不順利，兒子還能不能再由J-2轉換F-1的學生身份；還是先轉了學生身份再交485比較好？140已經交過了，現在轉身份會不會有影響？
