j2 身份3月份到期，還有一個多月的時間到期。請各位老師幫忙解答：
 

1。j2 轉學校的h1b，從現在開始辦，加急的話，需要多久？

j2身份到期了的話，是不是就得離境？
-If you file the H-1 petition before J-2 expires, you can stay in US for the approval. But the way, you should have J-1/J2 waiver to file H-1.
 

2。如果回國簽的話，會不會塊些？
 

3。如果回國簽的話，一個月內能否拿到簽證必需的材料，然後回國簽？
