請教8老師公民給父母申請綠卡需要父母結婚公證?

8老師，我有10多年前我的出生公證，上麵有說我的父母，弟弟是誰？是不是這樣就不需要父母的什麽結婚公證了，網上好像有的人說要父母結婚公證，有點說不需要，請老師指教。謝謝！
