現在有個問題是，我想持AP回國，不想在國內去美國大使館再簽H1B，律師說如果我用AP回國再來美，那麽我的H1B就失效了，以後就隻能持EAD工作，如果萬一485被拒了，我就再也不能回轉H1B，隻能離開美國了。真實情況是這樣嗎？您如何建議關於回國是用AP還是再簽H1B？
-What the lawyer said is not true and it is misleading. After you use AP, your status is parolee, but you still can work like the H-1b holder and not need to use EAD. Then, you can reinstate your H-1 any time within US by extending or transferring your H-1 before your current approved H-1 expires. In other words, using AP does not affect your H-1 though your status is parolee temporarily. So, just use your AP to save money and time.
