回複：請問持AP回國簽H1, 被check後的幾種可能性

我已經了解可以拿著AP直接回美國入境。 但是疑惑以下幾個問題：


1. 如果check 通過，通知我取簽證，如果回國取了簽證再入境，那麽我還是H-1B身份麽，或者就保持parole 身份了？
-It is parolee, but you still can work like H-1 worker, not need EAD. Then, you can reinstate your H-1 status by doing H-1 extension or transfer if you want to. So, it is not necessary for you to waste your money and energy to get the H-1 visa when you have AP.

2. 如果check 沒通過，拒簽了。會對我在美國境內的身份產生影響麽？-No.
