關於最後一點，母親成為公民孩子自動成為公民。如果那時候孩子還在中國，孩子怎樣來美國呢？是否母親在這裏辦理一個美國護照，然後就可以直接過來了？還是需要孩子先去大使館簽證，來到美國後才能辦理美國護照？
-If the mother returns to US and becomes a US citizen, but the child remains in US or returns to US after 2 years old, the mother needs to file I-130 for the child to apply for the immigration visa (green card visa) in China to enter US, or the child files I-485 with the I-130 in US, and then the child will be the US citizen after the child enters US or after the I-485 is approved in US (the child can file N-600 to get the US citizenship certificate).
