孩子本身是中國出生別國護照在英國，有很好的學曆和工作。

1.可能性？-Fine, but need to wait for several years.

2.要過來麵試嗎？
-No unless he/she is in US when the visa number is available. The immigration visa interview will take place in the US Consulate where your child permanently lives or citizenship country. 

3.然後每年必須住滿181天嗎？如果以跨國公司外派有例外嗎？
4.看一類優先親屬隻到2007？
