place和date怎麽填？date是應該填收到的I-130的receipt notice上寫的時間(notice date or received date)嗎？result is pending?

給父親的申請是填的時候，#1&#3是1，#4是2， #8是5，其他空著。現在給母親應該還是這樣填，對嗎？因為父親的申請隻是交了一個月而已，還沒有批下來。
-You need to put "1" in #6 (your father even if the I-130 is pending) and thus, #8 (total size) is 6.
