I got the I-485 supporting document list as below based on EB3 I-140 approval. If I file I-485 based on EB1-A I-140 approval, is the supporting document list same? Is any extra request for I-485 filing based on EB1-A I-140 approval? Thank you very much.
Need 2 passport photos for each application (I-485, I-131 & I-765).
The supporting documents are listed below:
-Copy of I-140 approval
-Complete copies of current and expired passports.
-Only need the copy of the new passport (valid) and the copy of the latest visa page for your latest entry (it may be on your old or new passport).
-Copy of I-94 and visa.
-Copies of all issued approval notices
-Copy of birth certificate with translation
-Copy of marriage certificate with translation
-Letter of employment verification
-Payment and I-693 (physical exam report)
