Thanks very much for your recommendations. I will definitely let the lawyers know that. Given the situation, do you think my I-140 will be denied? If not deny, how long will it take to get approved? like 2 years or more??
-USCIS will send your lawyer/employer RFE for the PERM approval if your lawyer/employer does not ask USCIS to get it from DOL when filing I-140. Just ask your lawyer to do what I suggested and it will be fine.
Will this affect 485 at all? When my priority dates comes current, can I file 485 without I140 being approved in this situation?
