看到很多地方說“在提交移民申請之日的至少5年以前已經退黨”？但是我提交140/485的時候，離自動退黨才3年多，這會不會是一個硬傷呢？
-There is not such requirement. Have you been interviewed for your N-400 yet? If no, you can not file N-336, but file I-290B, Motion to Reopen/Reconsideration or Appeal after you receive the N-400 denial notice. Anyway, wait for the denial notice, and then decide what you need to do.
 

還有很多地方說，隻要是入黨是非自願的，就沒有這個5年的限製，怎麽能證明呢？還是要麻煩8老師解釋一下。
