您好！

I-824 FOLLOW TO JOIN美國這邊已經批準了，先生收到了批準函。 申請我FOLLOW TO JOIN的資料在往廣州領館轉。
 

1..請問廣州領館需要多長時間接收美國轉入的材料，審核並告知我該準備何種材料。 這個期間大概是多長時間才會通知麵談？
-Wait for NVC to contact your spouse and then, just follow the NVC instructions. It may take several months to one year, case by case.

 

2. 麵談成功後， 需要立即入境嗎？ 有些人說批準後6個月內入境， 有的人說12個月，請告知。
-Any time within 6 months.
 

如果入境的話， 在中國這邊會給我綠卡還是需要到美國境內後提供相關資料後才給綠卡。 有綠卡的話還需要工卡才能找工作嗎？
 

還是直接有綠卡就可以找工作？
-Yes. You will be the green card holder immediately after you enter US using the immigration visa and can work.
