一直以為TN簽證12月底過期，糊塗人才發現I94已過期170天。現又找了一工作，需辦TN。現在就過境去辦有麻煩嗎？怎麽辦才好？多謝了！
-You have no choice and have to leave US now immediately before your unlawful presence is > 180 days (from the date your I-94 expired) even if it is possible you might still have a problem to get the new TN I-94 at the border due to your current unlawful presence. Otherwise, you will be subjected to 3-year bar if you leave US 10 days later from now on.
