我是公民，配偶的自己遞交的NIW based I-485正在等排期，Priority Date距離Visa Bulletin的排期還有7個月左右。同時5個月前，我為配偶遞交了familiy based I-130申請。現在請問8老師的問題是：
1）配偶的pending的I-485能否和最近遞交的I-130聯起來？-Yes, your spouse can ask USCIS to do the interfiling of the I-485 from I-140 to your I-130 after you get the I-130 receipt.
2）如果NIW based I-485批準早於I-130的批準，是否這樣就必須要等5年才能申請公民嗎？-No. Only need 3 years no matter the I-485 is approved based on the I-140 or I-130.
3）如果NIW based I-485批準早於I-130的批準，能否利用公民配偶申請綠卡3年之後就可以申請公民的規定？
4）如果重新遞交一份I-130 based I-485的申請，能否讓I-130的審批更快一些？-No. Also not need to waste money. But If the I-485 is approved based on the I-130, your spouse green card is a conditional one and need to change it to permanent green card about two years later.
