我的J-1 visa頁上有“ 2-year rule does not apply" 
-That does not mean anything.

 我現在在申請綠卡， 所以我是不是不受兩年限製，不用辦理豁免？
-If you are from Main-land China, most likely you still need to get the J-1 waiver. Contact the Chinese Embassy to make sure it.
