是隻需要一份G-1145，寫上我的聯係方式嗎？

還是需要I-130, I-485, AP各填一份？假如需要各填一份。是不是附在 I-130 上的 G-1145表填我的名字，但是附在 I-485 和 AP 上的 G-1145表就要填父親的名字？

2. Form I-864, Part 5, Sponsor's Household Size

夫妻兩個，加兩個孩子，給父母分別遞交申請，是不是 #1, #2, #3, #4,  #8 分別填 1, 1, 1, 2, 5，其他的空著？ -You should also put "1" in #6, respectively, for your father/mother if you sponsor your father and mother at the same time (even if they do not get the green card yet). Thus, your total household size is "6" in #8.

3. Form G-325A 過去５年的地址

因為過去５年來過４次，所以中國和美國的地址要重複填好幾次。５行寫滿了也隻寫到３年前，沒寫到５年前。這種情況怎麽半？
-Just ignore the addresses of  their travel to live in US.

 

4. I-130 package 需要父親護照和簽證複印件嗎?-No.
