給國內的父母辦綠卡，需要無犯罪紀錄公證。請問這種公證的格式和內容有什麽具體要求，是否有有效期，
-Just ask local police department to issue a certificate stating that your father/mother has no criminal record until DD/MM/2014, etc. (the certificate issued date). Then, go to the notary department to do the notarization. The police department know how to write it.

要提前多久辦？
-Do it just before the interview (one to two months in advance).
