回複：請問一下8老師關於返還公司綠卡申請費用的問題

我和ld同時辦綠卡，我的排期要早不少，ld的公司讓她簽了repay綠卡費用的協議（必須拿卡後服務兩年），
我想問一下，如果ld隻在公司辦到了140這一步，最後通過和我的joint filing提交並批準了485，拿到綠卡。
這種情況下ld還需要返還公司的綠卡費用嗎？畢竟沒有通過公司遞交485，多謝！！
