剛剛查了下vermont service center I-539的處理時間是2個半月，也就是大概75天， 糾結啊
-USCIS probably will not approve your H-4 application because your I-94 has been expired for a long time. So, It is very risky. You had better go to China to get the H-4 visa as soon as possible. Discuss it with your lawyer.
