Does a staff at a university qualify for special handling labor certification?
A lawyer said "an individual working as a research associate, a librarian, in human resources, etc. for a college or university can take advantage of the special handling procedures if he or she is assigned any teaching responsibilities". Is that true? Now He is asking me $$$.
I work as an IT position and provide teaching services such as maintaining PC classrooms for instructors/professors.
Thanks.
