美國公民給B2母親遞交綠卡申請, 按兩次手印後 ,(第一次手印沒過), 後來收到移民局的信, notice of potential interviwe waiver case 之後就沒消息了.從最後收到信到現在已經又過 了4個月.

現在母親想回國住一年半載,請問是否應該申請回美證才可以回國?-Yes. She needs to have the approved advance parole (AP) for the travel and has to return to US before the AP expires (AP is valid for one year).

下次來美國是否需要去美國領事館拿簽證?-No more. Just use the AP to reenter US.

是否回影響母親拿綠卡?-No if using AP.
