I agree with Immcanada. Trivial things may create big troubles nonetheless.
However, I think the case is quite straightforward (so you may save a trip to lawyers--since you move, you must report. I could hardly imagine a lawyer would suggest otherwise.
You may perhaps do the following. Report your current address. For the last address, report the address that is in the INS record.
INS requires you to report change of address within 10 days of move. However, in AR-11, you are not required to provide the exact time of move. So you may get away with it.For us who know the situation, you have obviously defaulted the responsility to report change of address timely. However,there is no way for the INS to know this from AR-11.
You may take advantage of the defect of the procedure, but still telling the truth...
