回複：請教８老師，I485轉身份，主申請人需要為家屬需要提交I13４表嗎？

LG學校給的一個ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ的ｌｉｓｔ上有Ｉ１３４表，但是我從論壇上參照別人的Ｉ４８５提交的文件的ｌｉｓｔ上，好像都沒有這個表，我自己有工作，然後我自己會提交我的ｗ２還有ｐａｙｓｔｕｂ,　再這種情況下主申請人需要提交這個表嗎？因為似乎很麻煩，還需要車等ｐｒｏｐｅｒｔｙ購買證明什麽的，多謝！！
-Because your I-485 is  based on your spouse I-485 which is based  I-140 (employment-based), no any Affidavit of Support is needed (employment-based green card application means the employer pay enough salary (prevail wage) for the green card holder). Also, I-134 is for non-immigration visa (e.g. B1/B2, etc.), not for green card application.
