485 於2012年2月遞交，priority date 是2009年1月26號，現在cut-off date 是2008年10月8號， 現在想回國工作，請問能不能在中國等綠卡？

有沒有危險？
-Yes. If you are the primary applicant and USCIS send you RFE for your employment status, but  you work in China, your I-485 may be denied.

到時候怎麽入境，是用AP還是必須要用綠卡？
-You need to have a valid AP and use it to enter US.


主申請人在這兒還保留著工作，副申請人已經回國，是不是在等待綠卡批準的過程中必須過一段時間回來一次？

-Not need. As long as enter US before the AP expires.

綠卡批準後是不是必須馬上入境一次，還是可以等幾個月入境？萬分感激！
想保持綠卡，主要還是為了孩子。
