給母親申請綠卡，請問將來的國內流動資產（銀行存款，股票等）是否需要保稅？大家都是怎麽做？房產是否也需要報給IRS?
-Before she gets the green card, she does not need to pay the tax to US Government.  But after she gets the green card, she needs to pay the income tax even if this income is got in China. Please note that it is income tax.
