Like in form I-864 for my mom, she is the principle immigrant, at Part3, will not check #2, and leave family member blank, right? And #7 is 1 , right?

Part 5, should Part 5, #5 or #6 fill 1 for dad?
-Put "1" in #6 for your dad if you also sponsor him green card.


I am confused about #6, dad is not lawful permanent resident now, -Doesn't matter.
