回複：急問8老師：母親申請綠卡中遭受家暴，是否可以告知移民局這樣能加快辦理！

我母親剛打完指模，但卻遭受了我前夫對她的家暴， 上庭之日trial 在下周三。聽警察說我母親是victim 如果把這事告知移民局，綠卡申請進程可能可以加快。 急問老師有無建議？是應該告知移民局還是按照原來方式申請？現在該怎麽辦？
