父母 現在美國。他們的簽證明年到期， 但是I-94 上的停留期限已過。co-filed I-140 and I-485, 還沒批下來， 沒給他們申請回美證。
-They can not leave US, otherwise they can not allowed to enter US and even if they enter US using the B2 visa, their I-485 will be invalid. They only can use AP to travel.
   

這種情況下能參加加勒比海的cruise嗎？需要些什麽證件？
