回複：簽證問題，求教8老師和各位

家裏有急事，可能需要很快回去一趟。
我新的H1 amendment 還在pending 中，8月file 的。amendment 的原因是公司6月份被收購了，然後要把我的H1 employer 從舊公司換成新公司。
我現在還有一個multi entry 的返美簽證，是我今年三月回國的時候簽的，如果公司沒變，一切都是valid的，但現在，我還能用這個簽證返美嗎？ 如果不能，在新的h1沒批準之前回國，我都要做些什麽呢？是不是會冒很大的回不來的風險呢。多謝了。

-Your H-1 visa is still valid and you can use it to enter US. But the problem is that you need to use the H-1 amendment approval notice to enter US. So, you may use premium processing to get  the H-1 amendment approved before you leave US, or just leave US and then ask your employer to mail you the H-1 approval notice to you if plan to stay in China for longer time (e.g. a few months).
