Part 1 No.6 Class of Admission. 這項填什麽呀？    
-Check the visa for your last entry. For example, if you used F-1 visa to enter US for your last entry, then put F-1 student.

 另外the purpose of the trip 填什麽呀？-Any such as visit friend, etc.
 

Instruction 中說明人在美國申請AP需要urgent humanitarian reasons，且舉例需要提供的證明文件有醫生證明，家屬重病或死亡的文件。我確實有看醫生的需要，但沒那麽緊急，醫生也不可能給我開證明。請教申請的理由怎麽寫以及如何證明。謝謝
