我是TN,家屬是TD,都還有兩年才到期，公司今年初給申請了H1-B，昨天公司讓我去拿H1-B正式通知以便去美加邊境搞H1-B的I-94，又順便說我的TN還有效。怎麽今天看見有文章說我從十月一號起就自動成了H1-B了，我原來理解是直到我更新了我的I-94我才是H1-B（理解得未必對），我現在是究竟是TN，還是H1-B呢？
-It seems the H-1 approval does not have I-94, right? If so, your status is still TN and your spouse's status is TD. Both of you need to get the I-94 at the US-Canada border if you want to be H-1. If it has I-94, then your status is H-1 and your spouse is out of status. Then, she needs to get the H-4 I-94 at the US-Canada border (assume she is also a Canadian citizen).
如果我已自動變成了H1-B,由於還沒給家屬轉成H4，那家屬從十月一號起身份不就“自動”黑了嗎？
請老師指教該如何處理。
