就是象我的這種情況，是激活H1好呢還是保留TN好？如果找不到工作都要離開美國，是不是就不用再激活H1了？
-if you don't have a job, you can not keep/have H-1/TN status. After you lose your job, you are out of status. If you find a new job, you can go to the US-Canada border to get the H-1 or TN status to work. 

我的TN還有兩年時間，H1用的是境外申請，就是說雖然我得到了批準，可是還要到BORDER激活拿I-94。我LAID OFF 的時間是在兩周後，激活H1的時間是10月1號。所以，我有個選擇，用TN工作到最後一天，或是在10月1日激活H1用它來工作10天？
-Does the H-1 sponsor/employer continues to hire you on/after Oct. 1? If no, you can not use the H-1 approval notice to enter US. If yes, fine.


不知道哪個好些？請8老師給點建議。謝謝
