你的130和485的收據上綠卡申請類別是 F2A還是 A2A?

我的是A2A，可實際好像應該是F2A。
-Your category is F2A,, but 'Preference Classification' is '203 A2A INA SPOUSE OF LPR'. So, USCIS is not wrong.


 

他們還要求我郵寄配偶是公民的證明給他們，可我配偶是綠卡。我打算本周末回複他們。

-Also print out the Visa Bulletin of August (if you filed I-130 in Aug.) or September (if you filed I-130 in Sept.) and provide it with your response.
