LG是H1簽證，這個月底到期，I-485，AP，EAD剛遞交約2周，現在公司才開始辦H1簽證延期，這種情況對移民申請有影響嗎？-No problem.

一周時間簽證肯定簽不下來吧，不知道這種情況會是什麽樣的一個處理方法？-If the H-1 extension is filed after the current H-1 expires, your H-1 extension application may be approved without I-94. If so, you need to go to China to get the H-1 visa to come, or just use EAD to work.
