Please help about Affidavit of Support I-864 for my mom's green

I am sponsoring my mom to get green card. My income is high enough to meet the poverty guideline for my whole family.
On form I-864, Part 6, Income you are using from any other person who was counted in your household size. Please indicate name, relationship and income.
Do I need to list my hu*****and's name and income? (He is not going to file I-864A)

For this part, My total income (adjusted gross income on IRS Form 1040EZ) as reported on my Federal tax returns for the most recent 3 years was____.
I should only write my total income or the total income of my hu*****and and I? (We filed the joint tax return.)
